Nelson Mandela & Nepal

Postby Ganesha » Mon May 17, 2010 7:32 pm

After reading Nelson Mandela's autobiography, I have often asked myself this question. Had he been born in Nepal, let's say in the time of the Ranas, or the Shahs, would he have become what he is today? Would he have been able to uphold his values, his dignity, his optimism throughout the times of his captivity. Any takers? - nepali forum

I have not read his story. Why don't you give us your opinion?
"Mother and motherland are more precious than heaven." But that does not mean we must cling to our mothers. The least I can do for Nepal is to bring awareness among the Nepali people. And this Nepali forum is the platform for me.
